HP ePrint is a free service offered by HP, which helps you print documents and photos from any where at any time through an email. Users must have to send an email id that is assigned to their 123 HP DJ3637 to get their documents printed.


  • Your 123 HP Deskjet 3637 printer needs to have a wireless network connection and it should be in a working condition.
  • You must also notice that the attachments might print differently than they appear depending upon the printer software and the original fonts on their computer.
  • Users can make use of the free product updates provided with the ePrint option.

Before you use HP ePrint option, ensure that,

  • Your printer is connected to a wireless network connection.
  • Web Services option must be switched on. If not, you will be asked to switch it on.

How to ePrint a document from anywhere?

  • Switch on Web Services.
    • Go to the HP printer’s control panel and touch the HP ePrint button.
    • Agree to the Terms of Use, and follow the on-screen prompts to enable the Web Services option.
    • Try and print the ePrint information page. If you do not have an ePrint account, then follow the instructions on the page and create an ePrint account.
  • Find the ePrint email address that is assigned to your printer
    • Tap on the Hp ePrint button on the printer’s control panel.
    • Scroll through the options and select the Web Services Settings menu on the printer’s display screen.
    • You can view the printer’s email address in the Web Services Settings menu.
    • If you want to print the email address or registration URL, then go to the Settings menu on the printer’s display screen and choose Print Info Page option.
  • Send the document which you want to print to the email id assigned to the printer.
    • Compose a new email id and attach the document which you want to print.
    • Now, enter the email id on the To field and then hit send.
    • NOTE: Enter only one email id in the To field. If you have multiple address, then enter it in the Cc field.

The email will be printer as soon as the email is received. Users can also check the print status on HP Connected website, which is www.hpconnected.com
